All of our products are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery method. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount, depending on your region. No code necessary, free shipping will be applied at checkout.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. We aim to process all orders placed before 11:00PM on the same day. However, during busy periods, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.

We process order from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day.

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email https://ourtruefate.com/pages/contact within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
